Abbey Machinery was established in 1947 in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, by the Cavanagh Family. The company is a leading manufacturer of agricultural machines – in particular, slurry equipment and diet feeders. In this month’s issue of AG MAG, we caught up with Paul Beirne, a service & warranty engineer with Abbey. He kindly took time from his busy schedule to take us for a quick tour of Abbey’s factory floor. It was great to meet Paul and learn about the amazing work Abbey does, not just for Irish farms, but for farms and farmers around the world.
